Reservation Policy
All reservations are guaranteed by a deposit for the entire stay. Guaranteed hotel reservation will be reserved for the full reservation date. For unguaranteed reservation, reservation will be held until 18:00. After this time, the hotel will arrange the accommodation according to the condition of the day.
Cancellations and no-shows
Guests must notify the hotel 48 hours in advance of any change or cancellation of a confirmed reservation. If the reservation is not cancelled 48 hours in advance, the hotel will charge the full room fee according to the situation.
Cancellation after October 15, 2019 (including October 15, 2019) will be subject to a penalty charge for the first night of reservation.
